2Riversmeet skatepark

Official opening of the Arena Skatepark at 2Riversmeet, Christchurch. Sunday September 11th 2005. Free entry. £2 entry for competitors and only 20 places in each category.

Official opening 11:30am with BMX, inline and skateboard competitions starting from midday

Somerford skatepark

Official opening day of the Somerford Skatepark/ Waterman's Wheelpark (official title) on Dorset Road, Somerford (opposite Sainsburys on the Christchurch bypass).

Sunday July 3rd 2005. Free Entry. £2 charge to compete. BMX Skateboard and Inline catagories- Street ability and mini ramp catagories. LIve bands-The Scrub, The Rat Race, Demonic Upchucks, First Degree Burn and SuckerPunch.

10 am official opening- comps start at 11. Prize giving about 5pm. There'll be trade stalls, a fun fayre and refereshment specialists on site. Get in touch if you would like to compete or are part of a team that might be able to do a demonstration - either on BMX skateboard or inlines.

West Moors Opening.........to be confirmed

We are un-officially booked to do the opening event of the new West Moors Skate Park, the date is yet to be confirmed as the park isn't finished. This event is yet to be confirmed but there should be a competition event with Music organised by Concrete Jungle.

Sponsored Skateboard Challenge.

To raise money for Kings Park skatepark and Bournemouth & Poole youth development projects (TBA). The course runs across an eight mile stretch of the South Coast from Southbourne to Sandbanks.

This idea is still being developed, and we would like to hear whether you think it would be a good idea or not, we need your support.
